My wife Andrea and I moved our family to Bluffdale in May 2012 after spending several years in West Valley City. Upon moving to Bluffdale, both my wife and I got involved in community service. We initially both got CERT trained, CPR trained, and our HAM license. We both served on the Historic Preservation Commission (I was the initial Chair) and Andrea is still the Secretary. I also served on the Bluffdale Board of Adjustments.

I am a lawyer by profession and I am currently one of only two attorneys in Utah that is also a volunteer small claims court judge, on the Utah Court’s roster as a trained mediator, and a private guardian ad litem. Prior to my current job I was the Assistant Attorney General of America Samoa where I prosecuted everything from murder, to government corruption, to “too many coconuts in the back of a pickup truck.”

I graduated from BYU with a bachelor’s in Planning and Resource Management in 2000 and my Juris Doctor in 2003.

I have been given the opportunity to act in several plays, including three here in Bluffdale, and several movies.

Andrea and I have four children, the youngest was born right here in Bluffdale.
