Bluffdale City is one AREA currently divided geographically into 4 DIVISIONS and 14 SECTIONS. A current map of the AREA and SECTIONS can be viewed online under the Map or SECTION links. The DIVISION Map is a combination of 3 or 4 SECTIONS and contains a building that is utilized as a Communications EOC. The legend on the base map shows potential hazards that each SECTION’S Citizens living therein should prepare for in the event of a natural disaster or overwhelming emergency.

It is encouraged that each SECTION be divided into GROUPS of 3 to 7 homes, with an indoor/outdoor STAGING AREA located per GROUP along with an indoor/outdoor STAGING AREA per SECTION.

Citizens can find out who their Section Leader is by contacting Bluffdale City at 254-2200. The Section Leader can provide more information in regards to specific Group organization, emergency plans, Section CERT Trained Individuals, and Staging Area details.
