2005-01 - Authorizing Bluffdale City to enter into the Memorandum of Understanding with Frontage Homes, Inc. and South Farm, LLC.

2005-15 - Adopting the Final Budget of the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Enterprise Fund, and Special Improvement District Fund for fiscal year 2005-2006.
2005-16 - Authorizing Bluffdale City water department to reduce customer charges.

2005-18 - Authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $2,500,000 aggregate principal amount of sales tax revenue refunding bonds, series 2005 (the “series 2005 bonds”) of Bluffdale City, Utah (the “Issuer”) for the purpose of refunding a portion of certain of the issuer’s outstanding sales tax revenue bonds; providing for publication of a notice of bonds to be issued; providing for a pledge of sales tax revenues for repayment of the series 2005 bonds; fixing the maximum aggregate principal amount of the series 2005 bonds, the maximum number of years over which the series 2005 bonds may mature, the maximum interest rate which the series 2005 bonds may bear, and the maximum discount from par at which the series 2005 bonds may be sold; providing for the running of a contest period; and related matters.

2005-24 - Finalizing the terms and conditions of the issuance and sale by the issuer of its sales tax revenue refunding bonds, series 2005 in the aggregate principal amount of $2,000,000 (the “Series 2005 Bonds”); awarding and confirming the sale of said series 2005 bonds; authorizing the execution by the issuer of a second supplemental indenture of trust, a bond purchase agreement, an escrow deposit agreement and other documents required in connection therewith; authorizing and approving an official statement; ratifying and approving the use of a preliminary official statement; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the providing a severability clause; repealing resolutions and orders in conflict; providing an effective date; and related matters.

2005-01 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District Map by changing the zoning of approzimately seventy acres of land located within Bluffdale City, State of Utah, from A-5 to R-1-43, otherwise known as teh Mac8 and KSO Zone Change.
2005-02 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District Map by changing the zoning of approzimately three and one-half acres of land located within Bluffdale City, State of Utah, from MU-1 to R-C, otherwise known as the STS Properties Zone Change.

2005-08 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District Map by amending section 12.6.4.2 of the Bluffdale City Zoning Ordinance to allow public and private riding arenas and stables as a conditional use in the R-1-43 Zone.
2005-09 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District map by changing the zoning of approximately three and one-half (3 1/2) acres of land located within Bluffdale City, State of Utah, from MU-1 to I-1, otherwise known as the Quality Building Stone Zone Change.
2005-10 - Establishing a City Tree Commission and providing for their powers and duties ans setting forth the type of trees allowed in or near public ways or utilities.

2005-11-A - Adopting the New traffic code passed by the Utah State Legislature within the City of Bluffdale.
2005-12 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District Map by changing the zoning of approximately forty-three acres of land located within Bluffdale City, State of Utah, from MU-1 to I-1, otherwise known as the Sundborn, LLD zone change.
2005-13 - Amending the Bluffdale City Zone District Map by changing the zoning of approximately five and on half acres of land located within Bluffdale City, State of Utah, From MU-1 to I-1, otherwise known as the Pacificorp Zone Change.
2005-14 - Amending sections 12.6.9.2 of the Bluffdale City Zoning Ordinance to include open storage of any kind as a conditional use in the I-1 zone.
2005-15 - Amending certain section of the Bluffdale City zoning and subdivision ordinances dealing with notice requirements, amending chapter 12.14 of the zoning ordinance dealing with non-complying structures, amending chapter 12.9 of the zoning ordinance to include transitional standards for uses abutting residential zones and outdoor lighting standards, amending chapter 12.8 of the zoning ordinance to provide for more complete commercial site plans, and making other miscellaneous corrections to the zoning ordinance.
